The majority of our cakes and pies are baked fresh to order.
Please call ahead so that the proper amount of time can be given to your request.

White Chocolate....soft as silk with just a hint of almond

Lemon Drop...the flavor of sunshine

Orange Mist...fresh oranges and their zest make this flavor so special

Margarita...fresh key lime juice says it all, fantastic!

Strawberry...fresh ripe strawberries make the difference

Coconut...coconut lovers rejoice!

Pina Colada...our fantastic coconut cake with pineapple and a splash of coconut rum!

Banana Cake...ripe bananas, of course!

Pumpkin...one of my favorite flavors ever

Spice...along with the pumpkin cake, fall would not be the same without it!

German Chocolate...again a classic cake filled with homemade caramel & pecan filling iced with fudge icing, garnished with toasted coconut and pecans

Vanilla Butter Cream, Chocolate too! Fudge, Strawberry, Raspberry, Apricot,
 Lemon, Blueberry, Cream Cheese and fresh mousse fillings as well.

Cream Tortes...moist cake layers sandwiched with fruit & cream

Coconut Cream...soft yellow or white cake layered with a coconut bavarian cream,topped with white chocolate mousse rosettes, coconut and maraschino cherries
Fruit & Cream...soft yellow or white cakes layered with bavarian creme, fresh sliced fruits, such as bananas, strawberries, black berries, raspberries & blueberries topped with white chocolate mousse rosettes, maraschino cherries
Chocolate Fruit & Cream...same as above but with our decadent chocolate cake
Sugar Free Fruit & Cream...sinfully delicious...also available in individual servings each Saturday!


Pies

Fruit Pies:    Apple, Cherry, Peach, Mixed Berry...please state when ordering your preference of our flakey crust over all, a lattice or crumble top

Cream Pies:     Chocolate, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Lemon, Key Lime or Coconut...these pies will come with a fresh graham cracker crust, Creamy Mousse topping & garnish

Meringue Pies:   Chocolate & Lemon...classic as it gets with a flaky pastry crust and a golden meringue & garnish

Old Fashioned Pies:   Pecan, Pumpkin, Custard & Sugar Cream...delicious flaky crust with time tested favorites


  Dessert Bars:                                  

Ooey Gooey Butter ...Lemon Butter ... and in the fall, Pumpkin!
